High Holidays - Junior Congregation
Age appropriate grade-level programming & worship services for children in grades *Pre-K through 6th grade. This service is provided as a benefit to our members and their school-aged children in order to provide a meaningful, safe, fun environment for children to experience the High Holidays at HEA.

* PLEASE NOTE:
Children must be a MINIMUM of 4 years old by 10/1/2011. Younger children must be in babysitting or with their parents. We cannot accept younger children in ANY Junior Congregation rooms.
* ALSO NOTE: Due to space limitations, we are NOT holding family services during Junior Congregations this year.

Programming will take place in both the Main Building and the Goldberger Youth Center.

We are delighted that we have an outstanding and experienced staff running our programs which include age-appropriate services, discussions of themes of the High Holiday, crafts, holiday games & stories, a snack, outdoor time (weather permitting, please apply sunscreen before arriving and provide a light jacket or sweater).

For the safety of all of our children and in order to establish and maintain quality, age-appropriate programming, the following standards will be in place this year:
 - If your child has a condition (such as food allergies or a disability) which requires them to need special attention or special supplies, you MUST contact Sharon in the Religious School office prior to September 1, so we can safely and appropriately accommodate your child’s needs by email or call 303.758-9400 x210. (Registration is not required for students who do not require accommodations.)
 - Due to safety, space, staff & supply limitations, ALL children may only attend and must stay in their age-group classrooms. If your child is unable to remain in the room without older siblings/friends, etc., they will be returned to a relative.
 - Schedules enable teachers to spend time with their families and attend a bit of services each day. We are unable to accept any children before or after scheduled programming. Thanks very much for your cooperation & understanding!
 - Please check your child in by 10:30 am. It becomes disruptive to the program to have children come in late.
 - Parents of students 4th grade & under must check their children into & out of the rooms for scheduled programming. Older students may check themselves in & will be dismissed at the end of programming. Students will NOT be dismissed without a parent present prior to 12:30.
