The HEA Sisterhood meetings are usually held on the 1st Thursday of each month.
Always check the calendar in the Highlights should the date need to be changed due to a holiday.

The Sisterhood Board meets from 9:30 am -11:00 am and then the meetings are open to the general Sisterhood membership from 11:00 until noon!   We welcome your interest and participation. Meetings are held in the chapel or the library.

Scholar-In-Residence Weekend
Friday, February 24 – Sunday, February 26
In honor of Sistherhood’s 85th Anniversary, the HEA Sisterhood is sponsoring a scholar-in-residence weekend with Rabbi Shawn Fields-Meyer. Rabbi Fields-Meyer is a former lecturer at the Zeigler School of Rabbinic Studies, and currently rabbinic director of 9th and 10th grade Jewish Studies, and Co-Chair of the Jewish Studies department at Milkin Community High School in Los Angeles. She co-authored, with Noam Zion, a practical spiritual guide to the home rituals of Shabbat, called A Day Apart: Shabbat at Home. Rabbi Fields-Meyer is also founder and facilitator of Ozreinu, a spiritual support group for Jewish parents of special-needs children.
