The HEA Sisterhood meetings are usually held on the 2nd Thursday of each month.
Always check the calendar in the Highlights should the date need to be changed due to a holiday.

The Sisterhood Board meets from 9:30 am -11:00 am and then the meetings are open to the general Sisterhood membership from 11:00 until noon!   We welcome your interest and participation. Meetings are held in the chapel or the library.

The HEA Sisterhood Invites You To SOUP IN THE SUKKAH
Wednesday, September 29, 2010, 11:30 am in the HEA Sukkah.
$5.00/person Includes your choice of two soup selections, rolls, salad, beverage and dessert.
Donations for the Weinberg Food Pantry will be collected.

Spring Tulip Sale coming Fall 2010 
Don’t miss out on the Sisterhood’s April Tulips sale coming this fall.  Order your tulips in October for delivery in April, 2011.  These beautiful flowers will arrive next spring, ready to bloom on your patio or in your garden.  Watch for order from in the mail and on the HEA website.  Email questions to tulips@heasisterhood.org.  

The HEA Sisterhood’s COOKARAMA COOKBOOK has been reprinted and is currently for sale.  
This treasure has been in print since 1976 and in 2010 is now in its 4th printing.  If your “old” copy of the COOKARAMA COOKBOOK is worn out from using it for so many years, now is the time to replace it. You can also purchase copies for new brides, friends and family both here in Denver and those far and wide.  Purchase new copies of the COOKARAMA COOKBOOK before June 30, 2010, for the introductory price of $18.  After June 30th, the price increases to $20. The HEA Sisterhood’s spring luncheon and book review was a great success. 

Over 100 guests schmoozed and ate a spring luncheon after which our wonderful speaker, Ida Goldberger, treated everyone to a review of the book, Sarah’s Key.  The program was so successful that the event had to be moved into the social hall of the HEA.  Thank you to Ida for the time she gave us.  Thank you also to the members of the Sisterhood’s spring luncheon committees for all their hard work on the beautiful decorations, flowers, booklet and planning a great menu.
