Albert Cohen graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He caters a variety of kosher events throughout the Denver-metro area, including private events, dinners, b’nai mitzvahs, Shabbat dinners, kiddushes, weddings, corporate events, meals to go and many more. The food is prepared in the kosher kitchen at the HEA.

INGREDIENTS:
1 4 lb chicken - cut in 1/8ths
4 Tbsp canola oil (separated)
1 large onion – chopped
3 cloves garlic – minced
½ cup pomegranate molasses (store bought or recipe below)
½ cup sweetened pomegranate juice
½ cup honey
2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp powdered ginger
1/8 tsp allspice
½ tsp turmeric
Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish:
  2 Tbsp parsley
  2 Tbsp pomegranate arils (seeds)
Pomegranate Molasses:
4 cups pomegranate juice
½ cup + 2 Tbsp sugar
¼ cup lemon juice (1 medium lemon)
