If you experience a frozen session, please don’t wait for it to return. Unfortunately, it won’t. Just end the Zoom session and reconnect. All technology used in a Zoom session runs on Zoom’s remote infrastructure and is completely out of our control. Think of it like losing the FM signal going through a tunnel–it’s the interference, not the radio or the car, that’s causing it.
