Adding the HEA Website Icon to Your Mobile Phone’s Home Screen

Adding the HEA website icon to your iPhone Home Screen using iPhone’s default browser, Safari:

1. Open Safari: Launch the Safari web browser on your iPhone.
2. Go to the website: Navigate to HEAdenver.org
3. Tap the Share button: Look for the Share icon at the bottom of the screen (it’s a square with an upward-pointing arrow) and tap it.
4. Select “Add to Home Screen”: Scroll through the options in the Share menu and select “Add to Home Screen”.
5. Customize the shortcut (optional): You can edit the name that will appear under the icon on your Home Screen.
6. Tap “Add”: Tap the “Add” button to finalize the process and create the website icon on your Home Screen.

Adding the HEA website icon to your iPhone Home Screen using the Chrome web browser:

1. Open Chrome and navigate to the website: Launch the Chrome app on your iPhone and go to the website you want to create a shortcut for.
2. Access the Share menu: On the right side of the address bar, tap the Share icon.
3. Select “Add to Home Screen”: In the Share menu that appears, scroll down and locate the “Add to Home Screen” option, then tap it.
4. Customize the shortcut (optional): You’ll have the opportunity to edit the name and icon for the shortcut before adding it to your home screen.
5. Tap “Add”: After making any desired changes, tap the “Add” button to finalize the process.

This will place an icon for the website directly on your iPhone’s home screen, similar to an app icon. Tapping this icon will open the website directly in Chrome.

1. Open HEAdenver.org in Chrome
2. Tap the three-dot menu and select “Add to Home screen.”
