Azamra – Once a month, HEA has a spirited and soulful musical service called Azamra, preceded by a happy hour to socialize and a dinner after services.
Shabbat Mornings
Traditional Shabbat morning service: 9:30 am – The service is held in the sanctuary and begins with Psukei D’zimra, followed by Shacharit,Torah service with a triennial torah reading and Musaf. Join us at our services to recite Kaddish for a loved one. Contact the office if you plan to attend a Torah service so you can be given an Aliyah in memory of your loved one’s yahrtzeit.
Shir Hadash: 10 am – This is a musical service where participants use melodies gathered from Jewish communities around the world. It is a two-hour service beginning at 10 am but does not include Musaf. This service occurs once a month and the schedule can be found on our calendar.
Shir Shacharit: 10 am – This also occurs monthly, is in the style of Shir Hadash but only includes P’sukei D’zimra and Shacharit. At the conclusion, attendees may join the Traditional service. See our calendar for upcoming dates.
Tot Shabbat: 10:45 am – Families with children 5 and under are invited to join us for a lively, fun-filled, musical, Shabbat morning service. We will have play time first, then sing, and dance. See our calendar for upcoming dates.
