The HEA Sisterhood meetings are usually held on the 1st Thursday of each month.

The Sisterhood Board meets from 9:30-11:00 a.m. and then the meetings are open to the general Sisterhood membership from 11:00 a.m. until noon! We welcome your interest and participation. Meetings are held in the chapel or the library. For more information, contact Marla Cohen,

Sisterhood has always been an integral part of the HEA, and its mission has been to teach Jewish tradition and values to our youth and families. For us to accomplish our mission, we are grateful for the ongoing donations to our various funds, but we also depend heavily on fundraising. The easiest fundraisers are those that don’t rely on additional out-of-pocket expenses. The following two programs do just that – YOU shop as usual, and the RETAILERS pay us a rebate.

King Soopers Rewards
Here’s how it works:

1.    Go to
2.    Log into your account or create an account
3.    On the left side menu, click on “Community Rewards”
4.    In the search box type “Hebrew Educational Alliance – Sisterhood”
5.    When you see the correct search result click the blue “enroll” button

That’s it! Now every time you shop at King Soopers (in person or online), 5% of your purchase goes to Sisterhood!
