Withdrawal and Class Changes Policy

I understand that I am required to give a written notice of withdrawal at least 30 days prior to withdrawal or I will be financially responsible for any tuition or fees due for future months of the 2019-2020 school year.

I also understand that I am allowed one class schedule change per school calendar year. Any additional changes I make I will be assessed a processing fee of $15.00 per change.

PRIVACY POLICY

Congregation Hebrew Educational Alliance highly values the privacy interests of our members and guests and believes that the protection of those interests is one of our most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgement of its obligations, HEA has adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to to information about members or guests that it acquires during the course of its business:

1. Acquisition of Information. We do not acquire more information about our members and guests than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.

2. Our Employees and Privacy. We train our employees on the importance of privacy. We give account information about members and guests only to those who require it to perform their jobs.

3. Security Measures. We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties. We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duty-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the member and guest, or its necessary to process transactions and provide our services.

REFUND POLICY

The Congregation Hebrew Educational Alliance reserves the right to offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. All donations are considered final. If you would like to speak with someone about obtaining a refund for a program or event, please send an email to lmarcus@HEAdenver.org.
