Welcoming Our Youth Program Coordinator, Chaviva Sands

g

Chaviva brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge in Jewish education in synagogue, day school, and camp settings, making her a fantastic asset to our community. Her passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a vibrant Jewish community is evident, and we are excited to welcome her to the HEA team.

Chaviva will officially begin her role on August 19th, following the conclusion of the camp season at Ramah in the Rockies. Coming from her role as Director of Education and Programming at a Conservative synagogue in New Orleans, she is eager to dive into our community and support our youth education programs. As our Youth Program Coordinator, Chaviva will serve as our youth advisor to our USY and Kadima groups, assist our Religious School programs, support young families, and contribute to various congregational initiatives.

Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Chaviva Sands! We look forward to giving you all the opportunity to meet Chaviva and experience her energy, creativity, and dedication firsthand when she joins our HEA community in August.
