HEA Preschool ECE Teacher

At HEA Preschool, we believe children are capable and naturally motivated to learn. Play is the best vehicle for learning. Using a co-constructed curriculum, one that is child-initiated and teacher-supported, children must discover, wonder, observe, experiment, and problem-solve in a warm and secure environment. Educators will work in partnership with families and colleagues to create and share positive early education experiences. Jewish values and traditions are woven carefully and seamlessly into our work to create a strong Jewish identity in our children.

Qualified applicants must have or be actively in pursuit of Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) credentials. Experience working with young children and their families in a childcare or educational setting. You must enjoy working with children and engage them at their level through a creative and innovative educational curriculum, be prepared to work in the classroom and in the playground in all weather; be able be able to lift 40 lbs., and be able to sit on and be able to get up from the floor.
