You must still let Naomi know which hike you are going on and how many people are in your party.

Easy: Meet at HEA parking lot at 7:30 a.m.
Native Legend Loop Trail, 3 miles, 206 ft elevation change. Kid-friendly, leashed dogs, wheelchair accessible. There are several interpretive stations along the route.

Moderate: Meet at HEA parking lot at 6:30 a.m.
Plymouth Mountain Trail in Deer Creek Canyon Park, 6 miles, 1460 ft elevation change. Dogs on leash, views, hike through fields and cedar forests.

Hard: Meet at HEA parking lot at 6:30 a.m.
Manitou Incline Trail, 4 miles, 1978 ft elevation gain. Reservations for this trail are required! There is no charge, but spaces are limited. You can make your own reservation for 8:30 a.m. HERE.

  • Reservations can easily be canceled if you change your mind so if you are at all interested you should make the reservation because they are filling fast.
  • It takes about 1.25 hours to get to the parking lot (paid parking) plus a free bus that runs every 20 minutes or a 1.3 mile walk to the trailhead. All the elevation gain is in the first 1.1 miles, average incline is 45%. There are 3 bailout points along the incline.
