Jewish Women’s Retreat December 13-15 at the JCC Ranch Camp


Who?
This retreat will be for people who identify as women of all ages and backgrounds.

What?
Women will be building their inner lights as we move into the darkest time of the year. We will embrace the stillness and quiet of Shabbat and the weekend through deep embodied yoga, meditation, and reflection. Retreat participants will focus on introspection, creating intentions, and sharing a collective Shabbat experience.

Kosher meals and programming are included in the cost of registration.

Where?
Facilities will be weather-appropriate, shared cabins with indoor plumbing, at the JCC Ranch  Camp (about 1 hour 10 min. south of Denver).

When?
The retreat will begin Friday 12/13 at 3pm, and end Sunday 12/15 at noon.

How much?
$400 early bird by Sept 30
$450 after October 1

Retreat Faculty:

Ariela Halevi
Ariela, a Spiritual and Intuitive Guide, holds a Masters in Social Work, is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Holistic Health Coach, Certified Life Purpose and Soul Coach, Certified Reiki Master, Soul Unleashed Journey Visualization Leader, Mindfulness Teacher, and Certified Aromatouch Practitioner.

For 20 years, Ariela has been guiding people of all ages through a blend of counseling, yoga, mindfulness practice & holistic healing, offering support & guidance to nourish the body, open the heart, and unleash the soul.  Using a variety of healing modalities, Ariela guides individuals in clearing and healing long lasting emotional and physical ailments, releasing issues from the tissues, and guiding people on a journey towards deep, inner wellness and peace.

Alison Rothman
Alison Rothman, CMT CYT, the founder of Embody Life, is a longtime practitioner of the healing arts and is devoted to embodying life as a spiritual path. Alison is a holistic healer with extensive experience and knowledge in the realm of the body through movement (yoga and dance), somatic therapeutic inquiry, meditation and mindfulness, and natural health and wellness modalities. 
Alison is a tremendous believer in the potential that each of us holds in our own capacity for wellness and that often what is needed is that person to remind us of our innate goodness.  Her depth of practice, life experiences, and devotion to healing from the inside out have shaped her in her ability to create a safe and welcoming space for women to unfold, remember, and embrace who they truly are. 

Melanie Gruenwald
Melanie Gruenwald, Executive Director at Kabbalah Experience, brings over 20 years in community-organizing and informal Jewish Education. She is pleased to be able to bring her passion for building community and connecting women to one another in this setting.

REGISTRATION

Early bird pricing is $400 per person by September 30.  Regular pricing  is $450 per person after October 1.
