We mourn the passing of Philip Singer. He is survived by his wife Vivian, his two daughters Melissa (Joshua) Close and Rebecca (Lorin) Meskin, and Nathaniel (Mara) Singer, his four grandchildren, Jacob, Chana, and Avi Close, and Samuel Meskin. Phil is the brother of JoAnn Singer and Eliot (Skip) Singer. He is also the brother-in-law of Norman Chandler.
A graveside funeral service will be held at Mt. Nebo Cemetery on Friday, December 15, at 11:30 a.m.
