We mourn the passing of Philip Singer. He is survived by his wife Vivian, his daughters Melissa (Joshua) Close and Rebecca (Lorin) Meskin, and Nathaniel (Mara) Singer, four grandchildren, Jacob, Chana, and Avi Close, and Samuel Meskin, sister Joanne Singer (Eliot "Skip") Singer, niece Jacquie Tannanbaum, and brother-in-law Norman Chandler.
A graveside funeral service will be held at Mt. Nebo Cemetery on Friday, December 15, at 11:30 a.m.
