Thank you to the HEA community for your responses to the statements that have gone out. Many of you still have questions, and I’m hoping these answers will help:
What happened to my auto charges on my credit card or my ACH withdrawals I had set up? All auto payments were stopped on April 30, 2022. If you had an auto payment set up, it is not in effect. You can set up your own scheduled payments by following the step-by-step instructions.
I had a special arrangement for my dues set up, and I don’t see it reflected in my statement. I am happy to facilitate adjustments and honor your previous agreements. Please email me at laura@HEAdenver.org and explain what your agreement is, and I will get the adjustment done. Please allow 5-10 business days for the adjustment to show on your account. Once the adjustment shows up on your statement, you can follow the directions you find at the link above for payment or to schedule auto payments.
I called you yesterday and haven’t heard back. The response rate from the emails has been tremendous. Some of you are letting me know your plans for payment, and some are asking questions. Thank you for those emails and phone messages. Many of the HEA staff members are at a staff retreat on Tuesday and Wednesday, August 2 and 3. We are returning emails and phone calls as quickly as we can. We appreciate your patience. Please know, as referenced above, that no auto payments have been taken out since April 30, 2022.
Thank you for your constant support of HEA and for your patience,
Laura Intfen, CEO
