Come join Rabbi Shulman, Eitan Kantor, and other HEA Families for an uplifting and family-friendly Shabbat evening. We will begin at 4:30 p.m. with guided play led by an HEA staff member, followed by a lively Kabbalat Shabbat service at 5:00 p.m. Connect with other families over a dinner to please all ages at 5:45 p.m. Feel free to come when you are able for this interactive Shabbat experience geared toward families with children in 3rd grade and under. This month’s Festo Festo will be held at the JCC and feature BalkanikaFolk Dance Group. Doors at 6:00 p.m. with music from 7:00-9:30 p.m.
While singing and dancing feels difficult right now, given the situation in Israel, the organizers have decided to continue with this month's event because Festo is an opportunity for cross-cultural connection, Jewish joy, and community building. JFS Volunteer Opportunities JFS is looking for volunteers to help support the Resettlement Services program by ensuring that refugees' homes are set up and ready to welcome them upon arrival.
